A few months ago Josh took his LSAT examine with hopes to gain admittance to a Law School. He was hoping to obtain a least a 150 score and just missed with a 149. He is planning on taking the exam again this October. Meantime he has researched which schools he could attend and has settled on pursuing a few; Duquesne, a school near Harrisburg, and Franklin Pierce Law School in Concord, New Hampshire. At the moment he is leaning toward Franklin Pierce. Thursday, August 7, Josh, Sue, and Kara are driving to the Law School so that Josh can attend orientation on Friday and check the school out. So far the school meets his criteria including a concentration in "International Criminal Law and Justice" and he is excited about it.

No Josh, don't do it! Don't go out and become a lawyer - you'll give this family a bad reputation for goodness sake...oh wait - on second thought, lawyers charge hundreds of $'s an hour. Hmmm, you better go for it but just make sure you do something responsible and worthwhile with all the money you'll make...like get season tickets to the Penguins games!
Thanks Bob. You gave us a good laugh. But a suite would be better.
Update on Josh's voyage to Franklin Pierce Law School. Along with Josh, Sue and Kara rode along and they picked up Meg to join them. They all liked the town of Concord and visited Hampton Beach for a day. Josh was disapointed to find that the key Professor that he hoped to meet were out-of-town. Though he still likes the school and remains excited about its possibility it just not at the same level as before.
UPDATE: Josh has been accepted to the Franklin Pearce Law School. He could still attend FIU Law School, but it looks more and more that Josh will be living in New Hampshire for the next 3 years.
